Wanderlust: “A strong longing for or impulse toward wandering.”
This definition perfectly describes us. We are Terry and Autumn Burger, two wanderlust souls who long to not only see, but to experience the world and all of its wonders as we coddiwomple about.
Life is short. You and your soulmate should aim to keep moving or you will each find yourselves becoming just another piece of furniture in your home. You know, the “his and her” version of those Lazy Boy recliners that just sit there and look pretty while they lean back once in awhile because it is all they know how to do.
Please, do NOT become Lazy Boy recliners!
That said, it is our hope that our journeys inspire you to venture out and enjoy the time you have together. Hit the road, taking the backroads whenever possible. There is much more to see when you take state and county highways in lieu of the interstate. Stop frequently and soak in all of nature. Talk to the locals and see where they go for fun. Get physical and interact with the environment by pitching a tent, hiking trails, bicycling, kayaking rivers, lakes, and bays, jogging along the beach or on a wooded trail, swimming in fresh and salt waters, walking hand-in-hand, riding a horse, throwing a frisbee, climbing a rock face, etc.
Bottom line, get out there, take the bull by its horns, and live life to its fullest. Too many couples fall into the trap of just existing from day to day. Stop that! You were meant for so much more, so encourage your soulmate to become your sole mate, too. Your minds, bodies, and souls will thank you. It is what they were designed to do and where they were created to be.
